- Items purchased from Limitee website are printed-to-order for you. We are unable to provide any refund due to "change of mind".
- We're always happy to offer a free exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right.
- To be eligible for return/exchanges, items must be unworn and unwashed, and request must be submitted within 30 days of the receiving your order.
- Please contact us either through our contact form or send us an email to sales@limitee.com.au to set up a return/exchange for your order.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items to us.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns, as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- Returns and exchange for orders over $500 AUD will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- We're very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your order. We have an extensive Quality Control Process but sometimes defects can slip by undetected.
